27. Uncompensated Overtime
All hourly labor rates are based on a 40-hour work week. If any uncompensated overtime is worked by exempt employees, all hours recorded on an employee’s time sheet are prorated back to a standard 40-hour work week. The reduced hours are those billed to our customers and accumulated in our accounting system. Therefore, no customer is billed for hours not compensated to the employee.
