Logistics Worldwide (LOGWORLD) Services

Summary

Tecolote’s fields of expertise to support LOGWORLD include many of our core competencies including cost and economic analyses, financial and schedule management, risk and decision analyses, business case and business process support and contract management. In addition, Tecolote is a key member of Supportability Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) for several programs. We have hands-on experience with Operations and Support (O&S) budgets, trade studies, and requirements analysis. We have developed models to estimate spares, balance reliability, maintainability, and cost, and provide strategic recommendations on performance-based logistics approaches.
