SeaPort Enhanced

Summary

Tecolote Research, Inc. (Tecolote) currently supports many members of the Virtual SYSCOM including Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), and Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR). Tecolote can provide the Navy with a robust technical and management capability, hands-on experience with numerous Navy programs, knowledge and expertise with Navy Systems, highly trained and experienced personnel, expert knowledge of numerous SeaPort SOW areas, and proven tools and databases. Our recent experience includes significant engineering, analysis, and management support for Navy programs and organizations.

Tecolote has significant experience leading teams to support large-scale services contracts using subcontractors. Tecolote’s objective on each SeaPort task will be to provide and manage personnel and offer an underlying technical support infrastructure that ensures the experience and skills necessary to successfully execute the job at hand in the most cost-effective manner while working hard to support the Navy’s socio-economic objectives. Our approach will be to review the requirements of each “invitation to bid” with the appropriate team members to determine the company or companies that have staff in the necessary locations, with the proper skills, and sufficient level of experience.

Tecolote is pleased to provide the Navy with our team of proven companies. Each company is a professional organization with a track-record of providing the Federal Government with quality services and products. Tecolote’s philosophy for team-building was to rely on companies that are known to either Tecolote or the Navy. We sized our team so that we can maintain effective control of quality and costs.

The following tables provide an overview of our team, as well as the zones and statement of work areas that our team supports.
