Tecolote realizes that our employees are key to our success. With this understanding, Tecolote's benefit program has been designed to provide a range of benefits that enables our employees to enjoy the present and secure their future. As stated in the Corporate Overview section, our President is committed to maintaining our rich program of comprehensive benefits. We are proud that Tecolote pays 100% of the costs for the major benefits provided to our employees and their dependents (with many coverages beginning the first day of employment). Tecolote's benefit program provides a total compensation package that enables us to attract and retain the best staff in our field. In the event there is a conflict between this Benefit Plan Summary and the Plan Document, Insurance Contract or Tecolote Policy, the Plan Document, Insurance Contract or Tecolote Policy will control.

- Company contribution of 15% of employee's eligible compensation. One-year entry waiting period and 5-year vesting. Core Funds available and a self-directed brokerage account option.

- 20 days of annual leave accrued yearly starting on hire date. Annual leave is accrued monthly and maintained as a cash value.

- 90% of expenses are covered (after deductible) for PPO in-network services. Non-PPO services are covered at 75% (after deductible is met). Adult and child preventive care included.
- Pays 100% for preventive care, no deductible. Pays 80% for basic services and 50% for major services after the annual dental deductible is met.
- Employee coverage for exams, lenses & frames. Dependent vision coverage is optional and paid for by employees through payroll deduction.
- 3 times annual salary, subject to a maximum benefit of $250,000.

- $100,000 coverage provided for business travel.
- Pays up to 60% of monthly salary up to a maximum benefit of $5,000 per month.

- Voluntary plan provides additional employee and dependent life insurance. Premiums are paid by employees through payroll deduction.
- Voluntary plan allows use of pre-tax dollars for reimbursement of qualifying dependent care and non-reimbursed medical expenses.
