Highly Robust Integrated Schedule Management Systems:

• Tecolote developed the GPS Schedule Management System (GSMS) to provide real-time, interactive schedule analysis as a core program management tool for system integration. The GPS Today milestone planner and pocket cards provide a quick reference to constellation status and key program milestones.
• Tecolote developed the MILSATCOM Integrated Systems Schedule (MISS) to provide a valuable interface over 14 integrated product teams and to offer comprehensive program management visibility. The MISS performs risk management and is used to support program decisions, acquisition planning and program execution.
• The Tecolote-developed Schedule Analyzer is a a desktop application that automates the process of analyzing and evaluating Microsoft Project schedules to determine if activities are ahead or behind schedule. This application guides the user through the process of identifying the two source Microsoft Project files, performing the analysis, creating a multi-sheet presentation of pertinent data and finally flowing data back into Microsoft Project to update estimated completion dates.
