FUNCTION: Mid to Senior Level Financial/Budget Analyst
 
LOCATION: Chantilly Operations - Chantilly, VA
 
EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
 
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: We are seeking candidates with financial management experience in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment, budget execution experience in a DoD acquisition program and the PPBS process. Analytical experience providing decision support to senior DoD management in addition to competency with Microsoft products is required, as with the ability to develop and deliver presentations. Requirement validation experience supporting the budgeting and programming processes within DoD and the demonstrated ability to develop new or enhance existing products/processes to improve operations are also required. Applicants must have extensive knowledge of the budget process for major DoD acquisition programs to provide budget execution management support within the program's program control division. Knowedge of wInsight and DoD acquisition disciplines are a plus.

Applicants must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance with poly. NGA experienced preferred.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is responsible for managing the collection, validation, update of financial execution data on a monthly basis, numerous recurring reports that track/forecast spending at the program level, and modification of database queries/reports to meet analytical demands as required and will provide analysis, briefing charts, and conduct program budget execution reviews.
This position will also conduct analysis of program spending and component requirements as required; prepare, coordinate and transmit funding documents to support program efforts; monitor program-level contracts and provides contractor funds status report data analysis and/or recommendations to support funding decisions and provide key support in the development and implementation of a requirement validation and prioritization process for the program office.
