FUNCTION: Contracts Administrator
 
LOCATION: Corporate Headquarters - Goleta, CA
 
EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, math, finance or a related field.
 
YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: This is an entry-level position and no minimum experience requirement exists.
 
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, well organized, detail oriented and possess excellent math, writing and communication skills. Extreme proficency with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word) is required. Candidates must have the ability to multi-task, work independently and provide comprehensive and effective responses to short deadline situations.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: This entry level position will compile and prepare monthly reports and spreadsheets, extract and analyze database information, provide input, monitor and track various agreements within our Corporate Contracts Department and support other special assignments.
 
U.S. citizenship required.
