FUNCTION: Entry-level Human Resources Administrator
LOCATION: Corporate Headquarters - Goleta, CA
EDUCATION REQUIRED: The minimum education requirement is a Bachelor’s degree.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate is proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and has a strong aptitude for organization and attention to detail; a positive attitude; and, the ability to exercise discretion with sensitive information while multi-tasking in a fast paced environment. Successful applicants will be required to possess the following qualifications: a passion for detail and accuracy; excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to enthusiastically work with constantly changing priorities.
RESPONSIBILITIES: We have an opening for an entry-level Human Resources Administrator to support the various functions of the Corporate Human Resources Team. Duties will include maintaining personnel files and the human resources database; updating the Company intranet site; employment administration; reporting; and, special projects.
