FUNCTION: Earned Value Management (EVM) /Systems Administration
LOCATION: Albuquerque Operations - Albuquerque, NM
EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: We are looking for candidates in the Southwestern US states of Colorado, Arizona, Utah. Montana and New Mexico with proficiency in implementing and maintaining EVM Systems, a working knowledge of Deltek Cobra, and one or more of the following software tools (Deltek wInsight, M/S Project, wInsight Administrator/Web Server, forProject, Citrix). Additionally, candidates will have a working knowledge of DOE and/or DOD acquisition and project management processes.

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications (specifically Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), have Deltek Cobra experience and one of the following EVM tools: Deltek wInsight, wInsight Administrator/Web Server, forProject, Citrix. A working knowledge of EVM concepts, analysis, and techniques is desired. Excellent verbal communication, written, and quantitative analytical skills, a Bachelor's degree in an information technology or related field and the ability to work autonomously or in a team environment are required.

Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will provide ongoing analysis and operations of EVM Systems to include maintenance and upgrade of software suite and desktop configuration; perform patching and upgrades to the EVMS as required; change and/or modify default configurations as required; install and maintain network hardware and software, including servers, peripherals, network nodes, terminals, and wiring; evaluate wide and/or local area network hardware and software requirements and capabilities and make recommendations. You will also be expected to prepare and maintain documentation of network configurations, monitor and maintain EVMS and network stability, identify technologies that could be incorporated to add new functionality, reduce complexity, or reduce costs, perform routine project data and document collection, backup, cataloging and document updates as needed.

Travel will be required and selected candidate will work closely with government staff personnel, government program office teams, and contractors.
