We are looking for a seasoned and creative recruiter with intelligence community experience to help us expand our talent base at our Classified Programs Group in Chantilly, VA. In addition, this position serves an integral role in all Human Resource functions.

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred along with a minimum of 4 years directly applicable recruiting/ human resources experience
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred
  • Full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the Intelligence Community
  • Proficiency with various recruiter search techniques, popular job portals such as LinkedIn and Monster and participation in job fairs
  • Demonstrated skills in all aspects of recruiting including networking, creative sourcing strategies, and hiring
  • Experience with onboarding is a plus
  • Experience supporting federal government, military or DOD contractors preferred
  • Experience supporting day-to-day delivery of HR services and responding to general employee questions related to company policies and procedures
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with HRIS fundamentals
  • Strong written and oral communication skills a must
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to maintain objectivity and confidentiality in dealing with a variety of complex and potentially sensitive projects
  • Must be able to maintain active TS/SCI Clearance with CI Poly

The successful candidate will report to the Classified Programs Group Administrative Manager and will be responsible for a broad variety of Human Resources and recruiting tasks, including, but not limited to:

  • Identify and implement effective ways to attract talent for the Classified Programs Group
  • Screen resumes and manage candidate flow
  • Drive recruitment process
  • Generate and administer job postings and social media content
  • Coordinate and oversee new hire in-processing, employee change requests and termination processing along with all related paperwork
  • Support day-to-day delivery of HR services
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource for management and staff of all levels regarding relevant HR practices, policies, and procedures
  • Interface with and act as liaison between employees, management, and Corporate in matters concerning administration, leave of absence, workers’ compensation administration and special projects
  • Assist with employee safety, welfare, wellness and health reporting and employee services
  • Data analysis to support ongoing initiatives, compliance, and HR planning
  • Participate as needed to support company events and administrative team as a whole
